Pooled Fund Program
With new EPA air quality standards on the horizon, it is more important than ever that we continue our efforts to raise the American public's awareness of how individual actions can affect traffic congestion and air quality in their community.
Specifically, we're establishing a Pooled Fund Program for IAAUCA to develop a second-generation of materials for States, MPOs, and local agencies, to provide information and raise public awareness about simple actions they can take to reduce traffic, and expand the network of States, MPOs and other agencies that participate in IAAUCA.
The purpose of these second generation materials is to provide State DOTs, MPOs and local agencies with an opportunity to demonstrate their environmental commitment and present positive messages on how individuals can contribute to meeting that commitment.

Please note that the following funds can be contributed to this Pooled Fund Program:
- SPR, PL and RD & T at 100% (match has been waived)
- CMAQ, NHS, STP, and MG funds at the normal matching ratio
- Other public agencies, private sector and foundation funds.
