Introduction
Community Partners are the foundation of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) It All Adds Up to Cleaner Air public education initiative. In more than 90 communities across the country, they are the organizations that disseminate the It All Adds Up messages and materials.
Individually, they spread the word in their communities that simple steps really do add up to cleaner air and less traffic congestion. Collectively, they improve the quality of life for millions of people.
