Seasonal Theme Program | Winter
As we head into winter and the holiday season, it is important to inform people that traffic congestion and air quality concerns are still worth thinking about—even if ozone season is months away.
Distribute the winter materials, which encourage trip-chaining and telecommuting, and remind people to reduce stress, save time and money, and help ease traffic congestion and air pollution.
The winter materials include:
- Event/activity suggestions for promoting the winter tips
- Holiday Greeting Card modeled after the It All Adds Up print ad, "Santa Claus: the original trip chainer" (with permission from the West Michigan Clean Air Coalition)
- Flyer (English version) for promoting the winter tips at events and in mailings
- Flyer (Spanish version) for promoting the winter tips at events and in mailings
- Fact Sheet with tips and statistics that you can use "as is" or incorporate into your collateral materials
- Winter flash animation and Seasonless Flash animation to post on your Web site and email to your network of contacts
- Telecommute Tip Sheet to help workers approach their employers with a telecommute plan
- Telecommute Flyer for promoting the benefits of working from home at events and in mailings
